WHAT HAPPENS IF I REGISTER AFTER THE PUBLICATION DEADLINE?
If you miss the deadline, your name will not be included in the Rogers Industry Centre Delegate catalogue and late fees will apply.

I WANT TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL AS SALES. HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT?
All buyers and sales agents must be accredited and registered through OMDC SALES OFFICE at Rogers Industry Centre.

Sales Passes are pre-set and pre-approved for 2001. New distribution companies can send corporate profiles and listings of recent acquisitions to:

IS THERE A PASS THAT GRANTS FESTIVAL PARTY ACCESS ONLY?
No. A Party Pass does not exist.

CAN THE FESTIVAL HELP ME BOOK MY FLIGHT AND HOTEL?
Air Canada, the official airline of the Toronto International Film Festival, offers special rates to the Festival from Air Canada gates in North America and around the world (some conditions apply). Call your travel agent or Air Canada at 1-800-361-7585 or (514) 393-9494. Please ask that the Festival Event Number CV569538 be entered in the Tour Code box of your ticket regardless of the fare purchased.

Special hotel rates are available through the Festival's Guest Relations Office. If you require information or reservations, please fax Festival Guest Relations at (416) 966-1329, or email us here, and ask for PYO ('Pay Your Own') Hotel rates. There will be a non-refundable $50.00 CAD booking fee charged per person.

Due to the volume of inquiries, please allow at least two weeks to process your requests. All hotel requests are subject to availability. Thank you for your patience.

DO I NEED HARD TICKETS TO ACCESS PRESS AND INDUSTRY SCREENINGS?
No. RIC All Access Passes, RIC Screening Passes and OMDC Sales Passes grant you direct access to theatres on a first-come, first-served basis.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHO ARE THE TELEFILM CANADA MICRO-MEETING FACILITATORS?
RIC programming is continually updated and confirmed throughout the summer. Bookmark this site and check for regular updates in the Up To The Minute section.

CAN I ATTEND PRESS CONFERENCES WITH MY RIC OR OMDC SALES OFFICE PASS?
No. Only media accredited through the Press Office are entitled to attend press conferences.

CAN I REFUND MY PASS IF I CANCEL?
No. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
